In this 45 Hour online "self-study" Organisational Behaviour and Conflict Management Diploma level course, you will deepen your knowledge of the complex role and functions of management. You will learn from this course about the common causes of miscommunication and conflicts within teams and departments in organisations and develop effective managerial and leadership skills and strategies to address and overcome such challenges effectively.

There are no exams, only four (04) separate assignments to be completed at home and submitted to the IMH for evaluation. Once a “pass” grade has been achieved for all six assignments the Diploma in Organisational Behavior and Conflict Management and course transcript will be awarded to the registered student.
